List Products to Your Store
Once your store is connected, you can list products from CloudFFL OS onto your WooCommerce site. CloudFFL OS sends the product details — name, price, description, images, category, and stock — and remembers the link so future updates change the same product instead of creating a duplicate.
Mark a product to list
- Open a product in CloudFFL OS (for example, a Glock 19 Gen 5).
- Turn on List to WooCommerce.
- From the store, click Push Products to send everything marked for listing — or use the List to WooCommerce action right from the product list to push a few at once.
Simple and variable products both work
- A simple product (one version, like a single optic) lists as a single item.
- A variable product (one product with options — say a holster in three colors) lists as one product on your store with each option as its own variation. Each variation carries its own SKU, price, and stock.
SKU is the key — no duplicates
CloudFFL OS matches products to your store by SKU (the product's internal reference). The first time you push, if a product with that SKU already exists on your store, CloudFFL OS updates it; if not, it creates it. Either way the link is saved, so every later push updates the same store product. You won't end up with two copies of the same Glock.
Give every product you list a unique SKU. SKU is how CloudFFL OS keeps your catalog and your store matched up — products without one can't be linked reliably.
Images and categories
- Images are sent by web address, so your store pulls them in without you re-uploading anything.
- Categories are matched using the mapping you set up — see Map Your Store Categories. A product whose category isn't mapped still lists; it just lands uncategorized until you map it.
