Orders from Your Website
Because your store is built into CloudFFL OS, a web order is a sales order the instant a customer checks out. There's nothing to import — it's already in your system, ready to fulfill.
What happens when a customer checks out
- The customer places their order and pays online.
- CloudFFL OS creates a sales order with the customer and the items they bought.
- A delivery order is created so your warehouse can pick, pack, and ship.
- An invoice is generated and marked paid, with the card payment recorded against it.
Where to find web orders
New orders appear under Sales → Orders, right alongside your counter and phone orders. Check that screen regularly, or set up a notification so you know the moment a web order comes in.
Helpful extras
- Abandoned carts — CloudFFL OS can remind customers who added items but didn't finish checking out.
- Stock awareness — your shop reflects what's actually in stock, so you're not selling a rifle you no longer have.
- Returns and refunds — handle these the same way you would for any other order.
One catalog, one set of orders. Whether a sale happens at the counter, over the phone, or on your website, it's the same sales order workflow in CloudFFL OS.
