Publish a Product to Your Store

A product only shows up on your website once you publish it. This lets you control exactly what's for sale online — you might stock a hundred items but only publish the ones you want to sell on the web.

Get the product ready

  1. Open the product in CloudFFL OS (for example, a Glock 19 Gen 5).
  2. Make sure it Can be Sold.
  3. Fill in the details customers will see: a clear name, a sales price, at least one good photo, and a short description.

Publish it

  1. From the product, use Go to Website to see how its page looks.
  2. Flip the Published switch to make it live. Unpublished products stay hidden from customers.

Only published products appear in your shop. To temporarily pull something from the store — say a firearm you've sold out of and won't restock — just unpublish it; the product record stays intact in CloudFFL OS.

Products with options (variants)

If a product comes in variations — a holster in three colors, or a rifle in two barrel lengths — those show up on the product's web page as options the customer chooses before adding to cart. Each option can carry its own price and stock.

Put it in the right category

Assign the product to an eCommerce category (like Handguns or Optics) so it appears in the right section of your shop. See Organize Your Store with Categories.

Stock is shared with the rest of CloudFFL OS. When you sell that Glock at the counter, your website count drops too — there's no separate online inventory to manage.
